I’ve used Xmarks for bookmarks synchronization between multiple computers, but sadly, they are shutting down their service.

Since I use Firefox as my main browser, I decided to switch to Firefox Sync, which in addition to bookmarks, allows synchronization of preferences, passwords, history and tabs. It will be integrated into Firefox 4, for versions 3.5 and 3.6 can  be installed as an add-on.
